Some sad news today. One of our earliest members Mick Dennison died on the 1st June from Prostrate Cancer. He lived for many years in Lee on the Solent but moved to the Isle of Wight about 15 years ago. I know I have shown the picture below before but this was one of Micks. He discovered the derailment at Oakdene Woods whilst he was out on his bike. He cycled home got his camera returned by car and took a series of remarkable shots before MOD Plod tried to chase him off. May he ret in Peace.
